Cancellations and Refunds Policy
At Dudish, we stand by our commitment to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee with no compromise on the quality of our products.
1. Order Cancellations
- Timeframe: Customers may request a cancellation of their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the printing or shipping phase.
- Process: To cancel, please contact our support team at support@dudish.in or via Instagram at @dudishfits.
- Refund for Cancellation: If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- Quality Issues: Because we use Red Label Yawn 100% pure cotton and high-quality graphics and text prints, we ensure every item meets strict standards before leaving India.
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or is the incorrect size/design compared to your order.
- Sizing: Please note that since we provide a detailed Size Chart (XS to XXXL), we cannot offer refunds for incorrect size choices made by the customer. We encourage all buyers to review the chest and length measurements carefully before purchasing.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund based on our satisfaction guarantee.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment.
